Mozilla incorrectly displays the location bar on the modern theme on Intel Red Hat Linux 7.1 (kernel 2.4.4). Start with the Modern theme. Select View -> Apply Theme -> Classic to switch to the classic Netscape 4 look. Then switch back to the Modern theme using the same technique. The location bar has been shifted downwards as shown in the following screenshot:
